Part-time Care Specialist - Life Adjustment Program at Hilltop Community Resources. Location: Grand Junction, Colorado, United States. Role: providing care, documenting progress, assisting residents Requirements: One year related experience (or two years work experience). Must be at least 18 (21 for overnight driving). Preferred: QMAP, CPR/First Aid, valid Colorado driver’s license, de-escalation and transportation certifications.
