Domino's is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team at our Downtown Pittsburgh, PA location (15222). In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering hot, delicious pizzas and other menu items directly to our customers' doors. We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every delivery.
Deliver pizzas and food orders to customers in a timely and professional mannerMaintain knowledge of delivery routes throughout the Downtown Pittsburgh area and surrounding neighborhoodsHandle cash and card transactions accurately and securelyCommunicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concernsMaintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicleFollow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating a vehicleManage multiple deliveries efficiently to meet customer expectationsReport any vehicle maintenance issues or customer concerns to managementRepresent Domino's brand positively in all customer interactionsVerify customer addresses and order accuracy before completing deliveries Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordReliable personal vehicle in good working condition (or willingness to use company vehicle if available)Familiarity with Downtown Pittsburgh streets and local area geographyStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesAbility to handle cash transactions and basic mathProficiency with GPS and navigation toolsPhysical capability to carry food orders and navigate stairs or building entrancesPunctuality and strong attendance recordProfessional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsWillingness to follow company policies and procedures All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
