Role: assessing patients, administering medications, supervising aides Requirements: Active Pennsylvania LPN license, graduate of an accredited nursing school; clinical nursing duties in home settings including assessments, medication/IV administration, supervision of home health aides, documentation, driving to patient homes, and participation in on-call rotation. 1 year experience preferred but not required.
