About this role
The Vice President, Pricing & Packaging is responsible for building and scaling OneStream’s monetization strategy across a multi-product SaaS portfolio. This role leads pricing architecture, packaging design, and commercial frameworks that drive ARR growth, improve win rates, and accelerate deal velocity, while aligning pricing to customer value. Operating in a high-growth, PE-backed environment, the role partners closely with CRO, Finance, Product, and Marketing to enable go-to-market execution. The position supports a transition to scalable, consumption-based pricing, navigates complex enterprise deal structures, and drives pricing strategy in a transforming GTM model.
