The Sales Manager is responsible for profitable growth in a defined geographic area. The Sales Manager leads their team of Sales Leaders who partner with Agencies located within their defined geographic sales region/market, with the objective of increasing insurance policy production using the GAINSCO proven consultative sales techniques in a Business-to-Business sales environment.
