First Weber is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our busy real estate sales office in Fond du Lac, WI. Must have excellent recruiting and retention abilities to propel the office to the next level. Recruit, select, train, motivate and retain sales associates and support staff for the successful performance of the branch office and contribute to fulfilling company-wide objectives. Provide leadership in all support and sales associate areas to ensure accomplishment of position objectives. This role is an in-office position, working 30 hours/week. Travel to company meetings and events is required.
