About this role
Reporting to the Manager, Quality Improvement and Risk Management (QIRM), the Healthcare Security Team Lead is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Security Officer (HSO) Program and contributes to the overall success and effectiveness of the program, specifically in regard to supporting patients and maintaining a safe environment for our community. The Healthcare Security Team Lead provides supervision to the Healthcare Security Officer team, provides additional ground support when required, and recommends and implements continuous process improvements while seeking to improve efficiency, quality and safety with support of the Manager.
