About this role
The Member Experience & Sales Lead will be responsible for all sales, retention & engagement activities related to YMCA products and services. Works collaboratively with the membership team to provide excellent customer service and consistently meet retention and sales goals using strategies and guidelines set by the branch Member Experience Director and Association. Shift: Sunday 9am-5:30pm; Monday - Thursday 12:30pm - 9pm
