About this role
Join the Membership Team of the Sussex Location of the YMCA of Delaware as a part-time Member Service Representative (MSR). Under the direction of the Director of Membership the Member Services Representative provides excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds proactively to member and guest needs, is knowledgeable about and promotes and sells YMCA memberships and programs. Performs regular office duties including but not limited to answering phones, using computer sales system, data entry, and filing.
