About this role
The Guest Relations Ambassador is a motivated and enthusiastic member of the Westside Guest Relations team in the Customer Service Department. As the first point of contact with all guests, this position sets the initial expectation of exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for providing superior customer service in the delivery of facility access and information, program registrations and membership sales.
