About this role
The NA Project Engineer is responsible for leading manufacturing and industrialization projects from concept through production launch. This position supports plant operations in North America by developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, facility layouts, and production systems. The Project Engineer works cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, EH&S, and Product Development teams to deliver projects that improve safety, quality, productivity, capacity, and cost performance while ensuring successful project execution and business continuity.
