About this role
The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a comprehensive Health and Safety program. This role ensures the protection of employees from occupational safety and health hazards, safeguards company assets from fire and life safety risks, and ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. This position requires a strong on-floor presence, hands-on leadership, and the ability to drive employee engagement around safety—not just paperwork.
