Manager, Human Resources — Full-Time Temporary (18-Month Leave Coverage) Vancouver Aquarium | A Herschend Family Entertainment Property $100,000–$120,000 annually Vancouver Aquarium is looking for a Manager, Human Resources to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis to cover an 18-month leave. This is a high-visibility HR generalist role spanning employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and learning & development, with real ownership over strategic initiatives from day one. You'll partner directly with the Director, Human Resources to shape programs that strengthen retention, succession, and performance across the organization — all in support of a mission-driven team focused on bringing families closer together and creating memories worth repeating.
