Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and enhanced operational efficiency by evaluating metrics such as fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, vehicle downtime, and driver behavior. This role directly influences the optimization of fleet operations, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance. In addition to data analysis, the Fleet Analyst oversees the Mobile Resource Management program including GPS tracking, telematics, and asset management systems, ensuring the effective use of these tools.
