About this role
Reporting to the Leasing Team Lead, the Floating Leasing Consultant role provides leasing expertise to achieve sales and vacancy targets throughout an assigned portfolio. Thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and possessing strong sales and negotiation skills, they are eager to take on new sales challenges and work collaboratively with others to achieve success. The Floating Leasing Consultant (on case-to-case basis) may be assigned coaching and mentoring responsibilities for Leasing consultants within their assigned portfolio. This additional responsibility is provided selectively to add a leadership component to their role which is aimed at developing the skills of high potential Floating Leasing Consultants for future advancement within the organization.
