About this role
The Manager, People Strategy and Operations, is responsible for HR activities for employee relations. Manages human resources consultation and support across the Technimark facility. Oversee the support, guidance, and development of People Partners. Establishes procedures to analyze trends and develops workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results. Helps develop, coordinate, and implement initiatives, communication, and events with supervisors, People Partners, Senior People Partners, and managers. Reports to Director, Operations.
