About this role
This role involves managing the end-to-end execution of field data collection activities for 10,051 farmers, ensuring rigorous quality assurance, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships with Nile Breweries Limited (NBL), AB InBev, and implementation partners. The Project Manager will oversee the phased transition of data collection responsibilities to NBL, managing operational workflows, training, and troubleshooting to ensure sustainable, high-quality data management and impact monitoring. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between NBL and the technical team, proactively sourcing stakeholder input to configure the data platform and dashboards, and acting as a bridge to ensure smooth development, testing, and rollout of features and products.
