The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all preventative and reactive property and grounds maintenance that can be done without major renovation. Duties include minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor equipment repair, routine grounds maintenance, moving and assembling furniture and equipment, preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, and general remodeling tasks. We provide you with a vehicle and all necessary tools and supplies for you to use while at work. This position works daytime hours Monday - Friday and requires participation in an on call rotation after working hours.
