About this role
The Electrical Craft Instructor delivers instructor-led training courses developed for the client's Electrical Craft Upskilling initiative. This is a contract, project-based role. Instructors are assigned to cohort-based delivery at client-designated project sites over 3–4 week cycles, working with cohorts of 8–12 journeyman-level electricians. Learners are experienced tradespeople, not entry-level students. This role demands technical credibility in the field, the ability to facilitate hands-on lab work at a high professional standard, and the judgment to engage journeymen as peers while maintaining delivery structure and assessment rigor.
