💰 Pay: Starting at $18-20/hour 📍 Location: Viewcrest Health Center 🕒 Schedule: Full time, hourly position
What You'll Do:
✅ Assist residents with social, emotional, and care-related needs ✅ Support the Social Services team in developing care plans ✅ Advocate for residents' rights and well-being ✅ Coordinate resources and referrals for residents and families ✅ Foster a warm, welcoming community
What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in social work, healthcare, or a related field (preferred) ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ A caring and empathetic nature ✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
