PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To maintain the facility and grounds in a manner consistent with the requirements of the complex facility manager while meeting all local, state or federal requirements. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure cleanliness of offices and production areas: Maintains a clean work area following master sanitation schedule to insure requirements are met in all offices, bathrooms, and break-rooms. Meeting timelines and completing daily reports to verify completion. Manage chemicals and cleaning supplies inventory: Monitor usage and cleaning supplies, while effectively communicating levels to manager to ensure no shortages. Reads and understand safety labels and preventative practices as well as precautions against, or adequate control of, exposure to hazardous subs
