About this role
The Divisional Director of Development provides strategic leadership and oversight for all fundraising efforts across the State of Alaska. This role is responsible for coordinating and guiding development staff, ensuring effective support and consultation is provided to all Corps within the Division. Key areas of responsibility include public relations, annual giving, major gifts, grant writing, volunteer engagement, assisting THQ with planned giving, and both digital and direct marketing initiatives. As a supervisory position, the Divisional Director leads the Community Relations Department, fostering collaboration, alignment, and a unified approach to advancing the organization’s mission
