About this role
The Product Owner serves as the strategic owner of Rumpke's Salesforce platform, partnering with Customer Service and Operations leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable Salesforce capabilities that support business operations, enhance customer service, and drive continuous process improvement. This role owns and manages technology roadmaps and is directly responsible for planning, leading, and delivering technology initiatives from concept through implementation. As both the strategic owner and execution lead, the Product Owner translates business priorities into actionable plans, manages scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks, and ensures solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
