About this role
The Production Manager leads the planning, scheduling, and execution of all manufacturing operations within the plant. The Production Manager is responsible for cost-effective planning, processing, production, and shipping of finished goods. This role will be the direct manager for each Shift Supervisor. The Production Manager contributes to the success of the business by ensuring projects are produced on-time, within budget, with the highest quality and uncompromising safety. The Production Manager will manage the Kiln and Packaging Departments.
