About this role
Position Summary: This position serves to provide a link between MCO’s/Hospitals and Rosecrance’s crisis programs through regular telephonic consultations to provide updates relating to crisis outcomes and providing discharge planning for clients. This position will also be monitoring and managing a variety of compliance related documents to ensure clients receive services in accordance with program fidelities. This position will coordinate with leadership and the crisis program workers across all Illinois regions to ensure task completion
