About this role
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for managing and overseeing the upkeep of Rockline facilities, buildings, grounds and systems. Manages facilities maintenance team to provide hands-on technical support for all utilities with existing equipment and new projects pertaining to utilities at the facility level. Ensure facilities are always in clean, “tour ready” condition. Responsible for contractor coordination for all utility functions as appropriate.
