About this role

Summary/Objectives The Digital Production Services (DPS) Customer Care Representative will be the liaison between sales and operations. Their major responsibility is assisting DPS Sales Representatives to help drive sales volume and have direct communication with the customer. The DPS Customer Care Representative will: receive and track all incoming jobs; verify the correct information is given to operations; identify new and work with existing outside vendors to provide the highest quality print at the best prices; quote outsourced work, and work directly with customers on getting jobs into the system and to completion.
