About this role
As a Site Trainer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff and designated student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, and recertifications. Assist with individual staff training for those new to their role or experiencing performance issues. Assist with new initiatives or required training across the site. Assist with student training as applicable (Orientation class, bullying, PRPs, PSD, POC, PREA, etc.).
