POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Loan Processor Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Processing Manager in overseeing a team of loan processors to ensure mortgage applications are completed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with all federal and state regulations. Assist the Processing Manager with departmental workflows, balances team workloads, and monitors performance to meet production and quality standards. Serves as a key liaison between loan officers, processors, underwriters, and borrowers, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and a smooth loan processing experience from application through closing.
