We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our Boise facility's food safety and quality programs while partnering with production, maintenance, warehouse, and corporate teams to ensure every product meets Bigelow's high standards. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining HACCP, SQF, FDA, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong working relationships, and leading with both accountability and respect.
