We're looking for a full-time Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in La Jolla, San Diego! In this role, you'll support a complex global accounting environment across multiple legal entities, currencies, and international business operations. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting knowledge, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience managing invoice processing, vendor relationships, and payment workflows within an ERP environment. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys tackling complex operational and accounting challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This is a hybrid position. While there is no set in-office schedule, candidates should have the flexibility to work on-site as business needs require.
