The Lead Patient Care Coordinator demonstrates outstanding customer service skills to greet and register patients at the RIA Endovascular Clinic. This role serves as the primary point of contact for administrative/clerical duties such as answering incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, maintaining patient files, assisting with clinic transcription/billing and working with multiple medical systems.
