The PHLpreK Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator coordinates engagement and targeted support between and with the Quality Support Center, the Intermediary, ELRC, and other quality supports related to compliance escalation, new provider onboarding, growth providers, and grievance follow-up and investigations.The CQI Coordinator will manage increased monitoring process and technical assistance for health and safety deficiencies and PHLpreK service delivery. The CQI Coordinator analyzes monitoring results and coordinates technical assistance quality supports to ensure that programs are meeting requirements. This role conducts observations with a focus on health and safety, reviews documentation, completes and monitors progress on corrective action plans.
