This position is Remote. About the Opportunity This individual is responsible for evaluating and triaging all transport requests and deploying the most appropriate resources. This position validates familiarity with PRN's service areas and medical facilities. Customer Service Representatives must be able to accurately gather and enter required information into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
