About this role
The purpose of this position is to maintain the mill’s equipment. The Electrician will be required to use troubleshooting skills and experience to resolve electrical problems that might occur. The Electrician will observe electrical equipment, maintaining and repair as needed to prevent downtime or damage, adjust, tune, or calibrate machinery for better safety and quality performance. The objective is to maximize production and ensure that budgeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved with a focus on safety, up-time, efficiency, and housekeeping.
