JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment and systems. This role provides hands-on leadership in executing preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring work is completed in alignment with Plaskolite’s operational standards, safety policies, and production goals. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in supporting team development, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to capital project planning and execution.
