About this role
The Lead Fleet Mechanic serves as a senior-level mechanic responsible for performing advanced vehicle maintenance and repairs while providing technical guidance and support to other mechanics. This position assists with coordinating daily shop activities, ensuring repair quality, and supporting the Mechanic Director in maintaining a safe, reliable, and operational EMS fleet. The Lead Fleet Mechanic is a working lead position and does not have responsibility for overall fleet management, department administration, budgeting, policy development, or personnel decisions unless specifically assigned by the Mechanic Director.
