About this role
The Private Client Services Manager is an exempt position responsible for managing all facets of affluent consumer and business client relationships while delivering an exceptional end-to-end client experience that supports relationship deepening and client retention. This role partners closely with Private Banking Relationship Managers and their clients to provide best-in-class service, fulfillment, and coordination with internal business partners. The position performs a broad range of operational and client service functions, including onboarding new deposit accounts and serving as a subject matter expert in treasury management products and services for consumer and business clients with varying levels of complexity.
