About this role
The Product Readiness Manager is responsible for driving cross-functional readiness activities for New Product Introductions (NPI) and major product releases with market impact. As part of the Product Readiness Office (PRO), this role helps ensure the business is ready to deliver, sell, support, and scale offerings at launch by coordinating readiness plans, tracking dependencies, and surfacing risks that could affect launch success.
