NFI North is seeking a Full-Time Clinician/Case Manager for our five bed Community Residence Treatment Program located in Boscawen, New Hampshire. This new program augments NFI North's existing continuum of care providing a broad spectrum of care to the people we serve. This treatment facility provides our participants with a home environment in the community.
The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational, peer support, and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs.
Responsibilities: Provide clinical and case management services to assigned participants, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, assessments, crisis management and coordination of therapeutic services. Provide team leadership for a multidisciplinary treatment team and clinical training and support for staff. Responsibilities include administrative duties, benefits management and financial information, coordination of IMR activities where applicable and overall clinical support for participants.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required; licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible. NFI does provide supervision towards licensure. Experience with benefits and IMR/supported employment activities and the participant population preferred.
