NAES Corporation is seeking an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support operations and maintenance activities at the Batavia Power Plant. The Batavia Power Plant is a 62 MW natural gas-fired facility configured as an efficient 1+1 combined cycle cogeneration block, supplying both electricity and thermal energy. Located between Buffalo and Rochester along the I-90 corridor, it benefits from strong access to transportation and transmission infrastructure. Its strategic siting and robust gas supply enable flexible, reliable operation within western New York’s energy market. This position offers a base pay rate ranging from $35 to $40 per hour, along with eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
