About this role
The Commercial Servicing Officer Lead is a critical role on the Commercial Banking team who will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of exceptional client experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and contributes to the growth and success of the commercial bank to the relationship managed teams they support. They will collaborate with a team of professionals, as well as colleagues and leaders internal and external for Commercial Banking Group such as Treasury Management, deposit/loan operations, legal, and risk management to ensure a seamless service experience for Commercial Banking clients in the portfolio they support. The lead will have elevated responsibilities including higher approval limits, training staff, helping manage work and VIP client engagement.
