About this role
The Tooling Engineer in the Fastener Division is a key role in supporting the operational and growth objectives of the company. This individual will complete all tooling engineering duties as part of a core team responsible for deploying strategic new products and cost improvements. General job duties, though not comprehensive, can be expected to include developing forming progressions, modeling and creating tooling drawings, overseeing the manufacturing of the tooling, and working with manufacturing engineering and operations to debug and maximize tooling success. This position requires a deep understanding of metal forming principles and flow, experience in developing form tooling and the ability to manage multiple tooling projects in various stages simultaneously.
