This hands-on role requires expertise in SQL Server (2016β2022), Windows Server Failover Clustering, Always On Availability Groups, and VMware vSphere, along with strong communication skills. The DBA ensures secure, reliable database operations, provides 24Γ7 support for critical systems, and collaborates with application, infrastructure, and security teams to support organizational goals and Office 365 integrations.
