About this role
Under the supervision of the Transportation Manager, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, supervises the Transportation operation. High school diploma or GED as well as one (1) to three (3) years of related and/or supervisory experience. Must perform normal job functions while making clear and decisive decisions during heavy business demands. Must possess ability to comprehend and write correspondence and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess proven leadership skills to lead and train subordinate personnel.
