About this role
This position is responsible for coordinating, guiding, and supporting new hires through the production onboarding process. This role serves as the primary point of contact between production management, HR, and new employees to ensure smooth integration into the workplace. The Onboarding Liaison promotes a positive first impression, provides training support, and helps new employees acclimate to company policies, safety procedures, and production standards.
