About this role
We are currently seeking an Operational Support Area Manager to join our North American market (NAM) Operations team!! This will be a virtual/remote-based role supporting our sites across North America. This role is responsible for remote and onsite enrichment of our operations teams across the North American market which will support company-initiated goals around KPIs/site contributions, training initiatives, mentoring, hiring activities, and overall employee experience. This role will be reporting directly to the Vice President, NAM Operations.
