About this role
This role reports to the Director, Mission Assurance and sits in the Administration function of the Programs & Operations Team. As an Operations Data Analyst, you will work with business stakeholders to deliver business intelligence through structured data analysis, processing and visualization. The role also includes Process‑Specialist duties; you will work with process stakeholders to define, implement, deploy and maintain in‑scope processes and administer supporting systems, notably the Business Process System (BPS). With an ISO 9001‑certified Quality System and planned CMMI implementation, you will continuously improve select enterprise systems to meet local needs and support OneMDA corporate improvement initiatives.
