StreetWorks is a collaborative of youth-serving nonprofits that have provided outreach to youth experiencing homelessness in the Metro area since 1994. With 19 Member and Partner Agencies, we are the largest outreach collaborative in Minnesota focused on ending youth homelessness. The Sr. Program Manager of StreetWorks Collaborative Outreach provides leadership and oversight of Outreach Program staff and services by translating the collaborative’s shared goals, standards, and expectations into effective day-to-day outreach operations, while ensuring managers and outreach workers across member and partner agencies have the tools, and support needed to deliver high-quality outreach services to youth in the Twin Cities. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.
