Position Summary: The Director of Guest Services is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of guest services at Evermore Resort. This includes supervising staff, developing, and implementing guest service policies and procedures, development of training programs, and ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction at a luxury resort environment. The Director of Guest Services will oversee all functions of the guest service team, including guest services, rooms control, Experience Hosts, luggage assistance, and PBX. This includes people development, operations, quality standards, guest service and financial responsibilities.
